Why
Every startup runs on a spreadsheet someone built at 2am and nobody fully trusts. Ask a founder how many months they have and the honest answer is "let me get back to you." Ask an accountant serving forty of them and you get forty spreadsheets, each one a little wrong. That's the problem worth deleting.
What
Replafin is a financial model that stays true to the books.
It connects to your bank and accounting data and builds the three-statement model, the cash flow forecast, and the burn and runway view on top of it. No manual imports, no reconciling the model to reality every month. The numbers move when the business moves.
An AI assistant runs the scenarios. Ask what happens if you hire two engineers in March, if a customer churns, if you raise on a different timeline. It reworks the model and shows you the answer, with the assumptions written down where you can see them.
Who it's for
Founders who need to know their runway without opening a spreadsheet. Small business owners who want a real forecast, not a guess. And the accountants and fractional CFOs who serve them, and who would rather review a model than rebuild one.
Detail
Replafin starts from the source of truth, not from a template.
Bank transactions and accounting records come in through direct integrations. From there the model is derived, not typed: revenue, cost of goods, operating expenses, cash, and the balance sheet that ties them together. Every forecast line carries its assumption, and every assumption carries its history, so the model can be audited by the accountant who signs off on it.
The assistant sits on top of that model. It answers the questions founders actually ask, in the words they ask them, and it changes the model when the question is really a decision. "What if we push the hire to Q3?" becomes a scenario, saved next to the base case, ready to compare.
Plans start from $200 a month. No per-seat pricing, no charging for the accountant who needs to look.
Why now
Financial modeling was priced around the cost of a skilled human building and maintaining it. That cost just collapsed. Pulling the actuals, rebuilding the forecast, stress-testing a scenario: work that used to take an analyst a week now fits inside an instruction.
The tools built for the old equation will keep selling templates. The ones built on live data, with an agent that does the modeling, will spend the next two years shipping.
Replafin is what that looks like.
